
Cory Daubenfeld is a seasoned business leader with more than 25 years of experience specializing in communication, marketing, and strategy. An expert strategist, facilitator and executive coach, she has a sharp intuition for listening deeply, asking questions and identifying what’s at the heart of challenges and opportunities while helping executives, leaders and teams navigate complexity with clarity and purpose.
In her past leadership roles as an executive manager and chief of staff to C-suite executives, Cory leveraged her leadership, communication and coaching skills to simplify the complex, drive strategic execution, and foster positive momentum and progress for her teams.
As a certified executive coach, Cory has worked with leaders in corporations, government, small business, and non-profit organizations. She maintains a keen focus on empowering leaders to unlock their full potential, strengthening both their strategic and team leadership while guiding them toward meaningful outcomes. She cultivates a productive, trust-based environment where leaders feel seen, supported and thoughtfully challenged. Through her coaching, she helps individuals recognize and harness their unique strengths, enabling them to grow into more confident and effective decision-makers.
In 2025, Cory began her own consulting and coaching practice. Previously, she was a long-time leader at Farm Credit Canada (FCC), a federal Crown corporation, accumulating expertise in the areas of leadership, communication, marketing, operations, finance, and risk management. As a senior director and director, she has strategized, developed and deployed numerous programs with national reach for customer, stakeholder and employee audiences. With extensive experience in the Canadian agriculture and food sector, as well as in the financial services industry and various levels of government, Cory is versatile and adaptable in understanding business matters while balancing these perspectives with community mindedness and heart.
She is an Accredited Business Communicator (ABC), a designation from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), and is a certified executive coach (CEC) through the graduate program at Royal Roads University.
At home, Cory is mom and cheerleader to a teenage daughter. She is beyond proud of her agricultural heritage and upbringing on Daubenfeld Farms, a century farm near St. Brieux, Saskatchewan. Outside of career and family life, you can often find Cory immersed in the Regina music scene singing and playing music regularly with local singer-songwriters and cover bands.
